2. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any malicious code or viruses through our service.
3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for products are subject to change without notice.
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device display will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
We are not liable for any errors in pricing or product descriptions. If a pricing error occurs we will contact you before processing your order.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Everyday XJ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided Everyday XJ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Everyday XJ purchase. If you are not happy with your order please contact us at EverydayXJ@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligible for return: Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Not eligible for return: Final sale items, custom or personalized orders, and items showing signs of wear or washing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS
Some Everyday XJ products are fulfilled through third party print on demand partners. Production times are typically 3 to 7 business days before shipping. Print placement and color may vary slightly from product mockup images.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item please contact us at EverydayXJ@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
9. AFFILIATE LINKS & AMAZON ASSOCIATES
Everyday XJ participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Some links on our website and in our content are affiliate links. This means we may earn a small commission if you click a link and make a purchase — at no additional cost to you.
We only recommend products we genuinely believe in based on real XJ and WJ ownership experience.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to Everyday XJ you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our brand and marketing. You confirm that you own or have permission to share any content you submit.

Everyday XJ provides all content including repair guides, buying guides, and product recommendations for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any information on this site.
Always exercise appropriate caution when performing vehicle repairs. Everyday XJ is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or injury resulting from following information provided on this site. When in doubt consult a qualified mechanic.
